How long does implementation take?

Is our data secure and HIPAA compliant?

Do we need to have Gistia Cloud LIMS?
No. Lab Metrics works with any LIMS or lab system. Many clients use Lab Metrics with their existing LIMS from other vendors. If you do have Gistia Cloud LIMS, integration is seamless, but it's not required.
What if we already use Tableau or Power BI?
You can keep using them if they're working. However, Gistia Lab Metrics provides lab-specific expertise, automated data pipelines, and ongoing support that DIY BI tools don't. Many labs switch because they lack the in-house expertise to build and maintain complex dashboards long-term.
How often does data update?
Depends on your needs. We support real-time updates (every few minutes), hourly, daily, or weekly refreshes. Most labs use real-time for operational dashboards (TAT, volume) and daily updates for financial dashboards.
How many dashboards can we have?
